When the Student Is Ready the Teacher Will Appear

The personality is really just a “break off” of the Soul- but an important one. As part of the Soul, the personality has its own will and intelligence. The personality doesn’t naturally think of itself as part of the Soul and must be taught to remember that it is not a separate entity, but part of a greater whole.   In order to re-experience this unity, the personality must voluntarily align itself with the Soul. The Soul will not force a choice- that is part of the inherent wisdom of the Soul to allow the personality complete freedom of choice and action to choose alignment and unity or misalignment and separateness. The Soul will quietly and gently invite the personality to give up its selfish attachments and self-centeredness, but it will not force it.

The law of consequence- of cause and effect will just operate without bias and bring the personality the natural consequences of its choices to align and unify or mis-align and remain separate. These consequences are great teachers to the personality- if the personality is an awake and a willing student. As the ancient proverb goes, “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.” This means so much more than finding a teacher in the form of someone else- it really means finding the best teacher you could ever have- your Soul.
