Spiral Up Yoga

Spiral Up Yoga is specific yoga practice designed to help you create an upward spiral of energy, mindfulness, wellness, flexibility, strength, balance and poise in your life.  Here are some of the characteristics of the practice that make it unique:

1) It is designed to be practiced at home (or wherever you happen to be)

2) It is designed to be a specific practice to be done 10 minutes upon arising in the morning and for 10 minutes before retiring to sleep making it a great way to start and end your day.

3) It is designed around the 7 chakras of the energy body and the 7 days of the week.  So Monday deals with poses that help open and balance the 1st chakra, Tuesday the 2nd and so forth through the 7 days of the week.

4) This 7 day practice is repeated every week and far from becoming boring, the nature of the repeating cycle allows you to go deeper into each pose and mindset over time thus creating an "upward spiral" which is the way your life is designed to go if you allow it.

The program includes:

1) A DVD walking you through the practice

2) A spiral bound laminated book with detailed pictures and descriptions of each posture for each day. 

3) A summary poster of positions color coded by day to hang in your personal yoga space. 

Once it becomes a regular practice, you will be able to continue and deepen it without the aid of any of these helps. 

The yoga poses and practice draws from different types of yoga including Dahn Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.

The beauty of the Spiral Up Yoga practice is that:

1) You never have to wonder what to do or what you feel like.  If it's Monday, you do Monday's practice.  If it's Tuesday you do Tuesday's practice.  If you miss a day, no big deal, just stick with whatever day it is and do that practice. 

2) You never have to go to a yoga class at a specific time.  By the time you could drive to your class, you've already done your practice.  You do it at home on your own time.  It takes just 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night

3) You'll experience first hand both immediate and long term benefits to your energy level, your flexibility, your peacefulness, your strength and your poise.
