Arming Kids For Lifelong HealthThis e-course is focused on teaching kids many of the same principles and practices that we cover in our e-course "Power Health & Wellness", but with the emphasis on presenting the principles and teaching the practices in ways that kids will enjoy and appreciate. Completing the "Power Health & Wellness" as a parent is a pre-requisite to this e-course because many of the principles and practices taught there will be assumed as understood. We may be able to control somewhat the types of foods and activities that we have in our homes, but once children leave the nest, unless they have created their own healthy habits, they will likely fall into some unhealthy habits.
